Sample 6-Week Program

Timeframe varies based on your goals, your needs, and how much work you do outside of sessions.
Week 1: Set clear coaching goals with measurable outcomes. First week’s homework.

Week 2: Identify passion and purpose

Week 3: Identify strengths and transferrable; brainstorm potential jobs and people to interview

Week 4: Career capital concept; Review job list and preliminary interview feedback

Week 5: Personal branding and STAR interview stories

Week 6: Review interview materials and concerns
